MindMotion Foundations Kids™
Discovering how to focus, remember, move and create.

In-class enrichment program for kids ages 5–7 in Quispamsis

A playful approach to building the skills children use for learning

Young children learn through movement, creativity, exploration, and play. MindMotion Kids™ brings these elements together in a structured, screen-free learning environment where children can practice attention, memory, coordination, creative thinking, and emotional awareness.

Designed especially for children ages 5–7, the program uses short, engaging activities that encourage children to listen, observe, remember, move, create, solve problems, and try again.

◍ Two 60-Minute Classes Every Week

( Wednesday 4:00–5:00 PM + Saturday 11:00 AM–12:00 PM)

◍ Two Instructors • Maximum 10 Children

(1 instructor for approximately every 5 children)

*A low instructor-to-student ratio ensures personalized attention, faster skill development, and safer, hands-on learning.

TWO INSTRUCTORS PER CLASS!

This small-group format allows our instructors to observe children more closely, provide individual guidance, encourage participation, and adjust activities to different learning needs.

Why Parents Choose MindMotion Kids™

MindMotion Kids™ is more than another children’s activity class.

It gives children regular opportunities to practice skills that are important for everyday learning and development:

◍ Focus & Attention
Practice listening, observing, following directions, and staying engaged with age-appropriate challenges.

◍ Memory & Thinking
Explore visual memory, sequences, patterns, matching, classification, and early problem-solving.

◍ Movement & Coordination
Develop body awareness, rhythm, balance, hand-eye coordination, and coordinated movement.

◍ Fine-Motor Skills
Use drawing, creative materials, visual patterns, and hands-on activities that encourage greater control and precision.

◍ Creativity
Explore ideas through drawing, visual activities, construction, imagination, and open-ended challenges.

◍ Emotional Awareness
Practice recognizing feelings, pausing, refocusing, and using simple age-appropriate strategies for managing challenges.

◍ Confidence & Persistence
Experience achievable challenges that encourage children to participate, make choices, try new things, and keep going when something is difficult.

Learning should feel like play.

At MindMotion Kids™, children are not expected to sit at a desk and complete worksheets for an hour. Activities change throughout the class to keep children engaged and give them different ways to learn.

Move. Think. Remember. Create. Try again.

That is the MindMotion approach.

More About the Program

MindMotion Kids™ is a 24-week, instructor-led developmental enrichment program for children ages 5–7.

The program combines movement, creative activities, memory challenges, visual thinking, rhythm, coordination, puzzles, and problem-solving in a playful and structured classroom environment.

The purpose is not to make children perform academically or compete with one another. Instead, children receive repeated opportunities to practice foundational skills in an encouraging environment.

What happens during a 60-minute class?

Each class follows a familiar structure, while the activities change regularly.

◍ Focus Warm-Up
Children transition into the class with a short attention, listening, observation, or movement activity.

◍ Move & Connect
Movement, rhythm, coordination, balance, and body-awareness activities.

◍ Think & Remember
Age-appropriate memory, observation, sequencing, matching, and visual-thinking challenges.

◍ Create & Explore
Drawing, patterns, hands-on creative work, puzzles, construction, or other problem-solving activities.

◍ Movement Reset
A short active transition gives children an opportunity to move, reset, and prepare for the next activity.

◍ Calm & Celebrate
The class finishes with a short reflection, calming activity, review, or positive challenge.

Why two instructors?

We intentionally use two instructors in every class.

With a maximum of 10 children, our instructors can provide more individual attention throughout the session.

Two instructors allow us to:

  • Observe children’s participation more closely
  • Give individual explanations when needed
  • Encourage children who are hesitant to participate
  • Support children as activities become more challenging
  • Provide positive feedback
  • Help children transition smoothly between activities
  • Adjust the level of challenge when appropriate

A supportive environment — not a competition

Children develop at different rates.

MindMotion Kids™ does not use competition, rankings, or pressure to perform. The emphasis is on participation, practice, progress, and confidence.

Children do not need previous experience in art, sports, puzzles, or memory activities.

They simply need curiosity and a willingness to participate.

As a thank-you for joining the first group and helping us introduce the program to our community, Founding Families receive a special introductory tuition rate.

Founding Family Tuition

$399/month

or

2 payments of $1,149

for the complete 24-week program.

Why We Offer a 24-Week Program

MindMotion Kids™ is designed as a progressive learning experience, not a collection of unrelated weekly activities.

Children need time to become familiar with the routines, practice skills repeatedly, encounter new challenges, and build confidence.

A longer program allows us to gradually progress from foundational activities toward more integrated challenges involving attention, memory, movement, creativity, coordination, and problem-solving.

Limited Enrollment

Each group is limited to 10 children and is supported by two instructors.

This allows us to maintain the small-group environment that is an important part of the MindMotion Kids™ experience.

Ages 5–7

Wednesday • 4:00–5:00 PM
Saturday • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Maximum: 10 children
